Academic Recognition and Validity (2026)

UGC Approval: In India, for a correspondence degree to be valid for government jobs and further studies, it must be recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Distance Education Bureau (DEB).

Equivalency: Degrees from recognized distance programs are considered legally equivalent to regular on-campus degrees for employment and professional recognition.
